The first session is a consultation during which time we discuss what has brought you to therapy and what your hopes are. If you decide to go ahead, we will then discuss arrangements for future sessions.

Sessions usually take place on the same day at the same time each week. Sessions are available daytime, evenings and weekends.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and takes place in a quiet and confidential setting.

I offer long term work which may last some years but am also available to work through a particular issue for a shorter period of up to 20 sessions.
